I'm sure you already tried this, but I had the same issue when we upgraded to 8.1.01.
The only thing I did was to stop the sysaid server service and then start it up again.
After that, we were able to access the admin portal.

Hi - I found there is a field named Printers under the asset module. When I select this, it only gives me the local printers on a pc.
Is there a way for it to list all printers, local and network?

I uninstalled and reinstall and also set it up on another pc. I have the same results.
I can uncheck it, but when I click on our domain it scans using both the network and our domain controllers.
So in other words, I can uncheck it, but if you go back into settings it is checked again.
It takes an extremely long time now because it is using AD instead of just pining for what is turned on.

Is anyone having issues with the deploy tool after installing the latest version.
Under edit and then domain query options, I can't uncheck the Domain Controller. Since I can't uncheck this, it is taking forever for it to do the discovery.
I also seem to be having issues with the credentials, but I need to test that further.

I'm running 7.5.05, the search field is back, but I can't search by the users name or log on id.
What happened to this feature?
I used this to find out which pc's users were logged into.

I am still having issues with terminal servers showing up as "offline" when they are actually "online"
I sent an email in so they know that 7.5.05 did not fix this.
I am waiting to hear back from someone on this issue.

I am very happy to hear that I have several options and if I do decide not to got with Enterprise, I can still purchase the modules that I want.

I am trying to get more information on licensing. Some of the new features that are part of the 7.0 release are not included with the Pro+ edition.
I have pulled the following from your website:
Enterprise Modules:
ITIL Package
Increased customization
API and advanced integration
Multi-site support
SLA/SLM
I already have the ITIL package, I wold like to have the "Increased Customization" option. In beta, this was turned on with a license file.
Am I able to just purchase this as an add on or do I have to upgrade to enterprise to be able to use this feature?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, all of that is set correctly. I can push out to all others except the 2 servers that are 64 bit.

Has anyone experienced problems with installing the latest agent on a 64 bit OS?
The OS is:Windows Server 2003 "R2" Standard x64 Edition [5.2.3790].
I couldn't push it out via the deploy tool, so I installed it manually. I made sure the firewall was not on.
It installed on the server, but I can't use the remote control option and the delpy tool is saying that the agent isn't on the server.
Just wanted to see if anyone else had the same problems.
