Thanks for the suggestion. I will try that. I know for sure AVG does have Domain Administrator Permissions. I will see what is the case with Sysaid. I cannot even see the Wireless stations let alone deploy the software, but at this point I am open to try just about anything to get this to work. The wireless are the only stations without Sysaid in our domain.
Thanks again

Having problems getting people onboard too. We have approximately 200 computers, at about 8 different sites within a 5 mile radius. People still want to call and do the face to face thing, (especially in Hawaii - you know show some "Aloha"). Some effectively but risky ways of getting people onboard. 1. Prioritize. SR come first and with the fastest response. (p.s. doesn't apply to burning fires or Executive Staff). 2. Really effective, keeping the 1st idea in mind, do a roll out/training with the supervisor/Manager/Department Head level. Make it clear that request from these folks will always get high priority and same day responses. Follow thru on that promise and you will have the key people onboard. Then when you get the key people onboard. Always refer (unless it's a burning fire) individuals to their supervisors when they try making a hallway, at the water fountain, or in the lunch room, service request.

Hello: Thanks for responding: No I cannot ping the workstations (the wireless ones) from the Server SysAid is installed on. I have to do some research, to verify the questions about the gateway, and static address to the wireless router. I know that we can web in using the 192.168.1.X gateway, but I need to clear up the 10.0 gateway to make sure I can web into that one too. It is somewhat confusing that I can do all the other things, except Sysaid. Thanks again for your help, give me a day or two and I will have more information.

Hello: Sorry for not being clear in my original post. When I add the scan (as you mentioned in your reply) nothing happens.
I even used a specific IP address for a quick scan I.e. 192.168.1.6 - 192.168.1.7 - no workstations are found. I hae tried that already.
Thanks for the feedback

Hello, hopefully someone can help me or point me in the right direction:
Our organization has a domain. Using Windows Server 2003. Approximately 200 computers. Within in our domain we have 9 subnets: i.e. 10.0.0, .1 .2 3. etc. Also within our 10.0.0 we have a wireless network setup. We have an 10.0.0.x address assigned to the router so we can access and configure it. (however we ran into problems there an then we just webbed in using the gatewat address) It is setup to do dhcp and it issues 192.168.1.x ip addresses. These wireless networks are able to access our applications with no problem, we can use outlook with no problem (No pop mail) - use exchange server and also webmail.
Our Anti-virus program can remotely install to these 192.168.1.x addresses with no problems and we can access via out AVG server. No problems what so ever. Here is the problem though. I cannot figure out how to get SYSaid (or deploy Sysaid) to see these workstations. If the AVG server can see them, and these workstations can see our exchange service and all our applications, how can I remotely deploy Sysaid to these stations. Any help, suggestions, or pointing in the right direction will greatly help. Thanks in advance. I like SysAid I just wish I could cover this one issue. If you need more information please let me know.
Sincerely,
Jeff

Hello I am relatively new to the world of SysAid, but you comment about changing the Shortcut from the default (F11) to something else. Sorry to be off topic, but I am curious as how you were able to change the default hot key. Any info suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks
Jeff
