Hi,
All the reports run on all service records : Incidents, Problems and Changes.
Just use the SR type filter to select : Changes.
You create a report with the report wizard that runs on changes.

Hi all,
We’re sorry for the confusion everyone is having here. I want to clarify that the minor release has not been finalized yet, and everyone will be notified with more information within the next few days once the minor release is officially finalized.
The reason some of you have been upgraded already is because versions 8.5.06-8.5.08 have been gradually released in a selective manner so we could validate its quality. Because we don't run our beta process on minor releases and patches, we released these versions selectively to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Customers that complained about issues that were fixed in these releases were instructed to upgrade first. Also, any customer that upgraded recently received these releases as well.
As soon as 8.5.08 release is finalized, we will update you with information about the fixed issues and upgrade instructions.
Thanks for your patience!

Hi,
My guess is that you have customized your menus via the HTML customization and that is why you don't see the updated menus.
Check if the htmls that build the menus are customized in your installation - be in contact with Customer Relations if you need assistance

Dear SysAiders,
As you probably know, Windows 8 is just around the corner and Microsoft have been releasing Preview release and just recently a "Consumer Preview" was made available (End of Feb 2012)
We at SysAid of course have access to all these releases and are working on fine tuning SysAid Agent for this new MAJOR Microsoft OS.
As we know from the past - during these stages until the final release Microsoft may rewrite / redesign parts of their code based on the inputs coming in from their partners etc....
R&D are up to date with the latest Microsoft releases, and as mentioned above are working on adapting ,fine tuning and optimizing SysAid Agent to the new OS.
In more advanced stages we will appreciate your participation in test running..... We will let you know once we need your help :)
Regards,
Oded
