Save your money for better things, training should be free as a support due to the lack of usable Help files provided.

What a joke!! Really guys if I drop that much $$ on a course I expect a cert that's a little more professional! At least don't hand write in over sized black marker my name, try printing it on a printer or something, this thing arrived today and its now in the garbage. Nice work !

Just finally received my certificate from the course taken in September. Frankly I expected something a little more professional, this thing look as as if it was printed on a home computer by a child and my name is poorly hand written in the name field with an over sized black marker.
Just a suggestion if you want us (network admin's) and our users to take SysAid seriously then please provide training and certs that look and present as professional. I will not be putting this 'certificate' on my office wall, quite honestly its embarrassing and if my users came in my office and saw this displayed on my wall of achievements it would be literally perceived as cheap and unprofessional.
Come on! it cost enough to take this course that you could at least put a little more into the presentation of the certs. Please consider that if any of my peers saw this certificate they also would laugh and certainly that's not going to help sell SysAid to any other admin's.
