CURRENT:
To add the solution field to the automatic email sent to the contact regarding
his/her service request, go to:
Preferences Settings Customized Notifications
Choose from the dropdown list Email body to contact regarding a SR
and add the following phrase to the notification:
#if( ${Solution} && ${Solution}!="" )
Click save.

CHANGE TO:
To add the solution field to the automatic email sent to the contact regarding
his/her service request, from the left hand menu click:
Preferences > Customize > then click Customize Notifications tab
Choose from the drop down list "Email body to contact regarding a SR"
and add the following phrase to the notification:
#if( ${Solution} && ${Solution}!="" )
The SOLUTION: ${Solution}
#end
Click save.

REASON: if user only includes single line as currently in document, all email notification will have blank content.
