Yes - we'd love hearing more feedback and get more understanding of your needs.
We have even held few rounds tables sessions recently where we presented things in an idea phase and got your feedback (such as the KB and BI).
Some of the sessions had little participation so I second you all and urge everyone to take part of these sessions - we'd love to see more of you there and increase these discussions!

I waited to see some feedback here - no luck.
So how and where are you guys get your info nowadays

Thanks for the feedback about it.
I think it is mixup of feedbacks and trying to please all... We got back then also contrary feedback from customers that they do not want to be notified on every minor and asked to reduce the number of emails when no new features are added. But I see your point and I think I also have the solution for it.
We recently started using new email system which we can try and better tune the likes and interests of emails sent your way. So for example, one may remove himself from certain updates and leave others.
We will work on this internally and keep you updated once ready.
Sounds OK?
On that topic - how about sharing your feedback on the notification you get inside the product (this green message)? Is that working for you?

Techguy, good to have you back

Joining the party...favorite topic, smart phones!
I also use iPhone.
If any i would consider Android and not BB - the keyboard in these touch models works perfectly - i don't think you will decrease typing speed with them.
Enjoy it regardless of your decision.

I'd like to try the new Windows Mobile... I find it hard I'd be ready to switch from my iPhone but hey, worth a try Someone has this already? I'd probably be happy with some tablet in order to see what the fuss is all about.

Hi Michelle, techguy,
The licensing model was changed to reflect 2 main organization needs and provide each with the best solution for them.
The enterprise solution fits organizations with more challenging demands and requirements such as multi locations, 3rd party integration (API), more customizable fields, etc.
On the other hand the Pro Edition is aimed for organizations that may want to start with the core and grow later to other functionality.
By eliminating some functionality we will keep SysAid simpler for them to use - this is very important to us as keeping IT simple is not just tag line for us...
Indeed the comparison matrix is the best way to see the differences between the editions.
In a word, since you asked, the Pro still offers per module licensed while the Enterprise includes all the modules we have so far as well as other more advanced features.
I'm confident each of the Editions will offer the best value for its use in terms of functionality and ease of use - it's all about what you need.
Of course, you can start on the Pro and seamlessly upgrade the Enterprise once your needs change.
Last, as for our veteran SysAiders.
We want to make sure, no major change will be needed on your side and that you will benefit from being with us for long time (many of you for more than 6 years - so you know already SysAid has not done such change before...).
Therefore, we've created a Pro+ license which holds all the functionality you had so far (even if now it's part of the Enterprise edition for that matters) as well as many new options (SLA for example) you can upgrade to in the module you had before.
Of course, should you decide you want to upgrade to the Enterprise Edition, you will be able to do so easily and in the simplest way possible.
There is no re-purchasing or any other issues - you will always be credited for the license you have so far.
Feel free to contact our sales for an offer for you.
Let me just finish by stating that in terms of new features - the vast majority are in release 7.0 regardless of the Edition you are.
So I'm sure you are enjoying them already.
Wow - that turned out to be long - feel free to email/PM me if you need any other clarifications.
Till we meet again ( ) - enjoy the new release !

I'm also trying to catch my breath after this great event!
I've also sent you an email with some details about follow-up requests from you and some information about future plans.
in case you've missed it just send my PM.
Let me once again say that the SysAid Technology Conference would not have been so incredible if it hadn’t been for your enthusiasm and passion.
Thank you so very much for joining us there and sharing your ideas, expertise, and interests!
All of my team members agree with me when I say, again, that we are so lucky to have you as our customers!
We’ll keep you informed with the dates and location of the next Conference, so stay tuned.
I really look forward to seeing you all again, and until then, let’s keep in touch!
Saar
