Can someone please clarify how this performance test works? We have a server that's been load-tested to use up over 7 gigs of memory with only 4gigs of RAM (3 gigs pagefile usage) and the chart was reporting only 97% on this test. Shouldn't it be like 175% or something?

And how do we configure it to email us when it comes back up?

What is the purpose of the notifications tab on the Project Details page? All there is is a field for the notification name and somethin saying "send notifications for all tasks"

What about a notification for when said service comes back up? Would also help reduce on the confusion as well as let all the IT staff know that they can stop freakin out.

While I do really like the SysAid appearance, I support the idea of a templating system to be able to offer user-created templates to share among the sysaid community. I feel this idea would greatly improve our options of integration into our respective organizations. Good idea!

I notice that clickatell doesn't really tell you the exact payment "procedure". I'm trying to figure out whether you pre-pay for the credits ahead of time or pay for them at the end of the month/year and only for how many you've used. Might anyone be able to clarify for me?
