This does seem quite strange. how about if you set the height of the cell??

Valign is the correct tag to change the vertical alignment within a cell.
You have not put the 'middle' in the second row in speech marks. Does this make any difference?

I created an SR with Sysaid requesting the same thing and this is the response I got:
Unfortunately, the service request numbering cannot be decreased (although it can be increased), as it would corrupt existing information in the database. If you are using a MySQL or MS-SQL database, the service request numbering may be increased to something like 1001, so that the real service requests will start with a number similar to one.
Hope this helps.

Hi Phantom - maybe you can use the font tag?
E.g.
Could you let me know if this works?

You can just delete these from the HTML files if you want to remove them.

I actually experienced a similar problem. The problem was that there was a space after the email address in the user settings. Can you check there is no spaces in the email address you have put in the user settings within Sysaid?

Sorry Andrew - thank you for including the attachment for me.
To change this you will need to edit the thank-you.htm page.
I assume you are aware of how to edit the HTML pages (if not please post back and I can tell you the steps to follow).
You will need to remove the following from the thank-you.htm page:

You should be able to remove it from the Customized Notifications.
Go to Preferences -> Customize -> Customized Notifications and then select the 'Email body to end user regarding an SR'. Delete the due date part of the email and then save.

Hi ItayH
Loggin the users off does not solve the problem unfortunately. We are mostly using Firefox on our helpdesk.
This is not a major problem as it does not affect the way the helpdesk works but seeing as Sysaid have decided to put this on the admin portal it would be nice if it worked.
Maybe something for V7??
Thanks for your suggestion though ItayH.

Thanks ItayH
We do not want to create another email to receive attachments as we like the way that Sysaid keeps all the information together for each SR. Before we had Sysaid we would have to search through lots of emails to find the related ones for a support request and dont want to get back to this way of working.
Could you please move this to the feature request forum?

I think you will need to put your images on a hosted web server to display them in the email as you have said:

Sorry I know this is the Manager Portal forum but I could not find a forum for the admin portal.
Can anybody explain how the 'Administrators online' within the admin portal works?
We have admins showing as being online when they are not.

We like how Sysaid works that the end user can only see messages where they are in the To or CC fields. This is because sometimes we are unable to resolve their request without help from an external company (for example). We can then set up this external company with an account in Sysaid and email them from Sysaid so that we will see their responses under the SR and therefore keep all the messages together. We like that the end user is unable to see these messages (between the admin and external company) as we like them to think we are super clever and have solved the problem ourselves.
However, we do have a problem when the external company sends in an attachment with their email response as the end user can then see this. Surely if the end user is unable to see the messages where they are not in the To or CC fileds then they should not be able to see the attachments where they have not been included in the To or CC of the email??
Is there a way to configure this?
Thanks in advance.

Hmmm - worked fine on my system when i had the error come up. Maybe take a copy of the HTML source when the error has come up and validate it with W3C http://validator.w3.org/

Well that is quite basic and obviously nothing wrong with that!! I have copied the code onto our login page (and obviously changed the href to a proper link) and it worked fine. Do you even have a new page open?
