I very much like my job. Mainly because I get to use Sysaid as well. It makes my job SO much easier, plus it only gets better with each release!

Fellow SysAiders,
Is there a way to set a time threshold for the CPU usage notification?
I would like to set it to notify me if the CPU is at 100% usage for more than 60 seconds.

I'm new to the SysAid community, and wanted to get some feedback (feel free to move this post to another forum if I'm not in the correct one).
We're getting ready to launch with the On-Demand edition of SysAid, however we're using it for only external customers. We're a remote IT shop and will be performing IT Service Desk/Help Desk solutions to remote Health Practices.
So my question is this: Has anyone been successful in using SysAid as a tool to monitor remote networks/assets? How much of a pain is it? What were your methods for getting your processes in place? How much customization did you make to your portal?
I've used SysAid for a couple of years now but until now have only used it in a LAN environment, so this is a new direction for me. If anyone has any tips or tricks they'd be willing to share, please feel free to respond.
