Can you sent me a screen shot of the Connection string used in ireport for the derby database.
I agree the current expression builder is not what it should be. It is slightly frustrating trying to get the correct result. However I believe the development team is doing everything they can to fit it into the next release together with all the other goodies they are creating, not forgetting including all the new features we asked for.

Patience will pay off. At least the expression builder does not influence the performance of SysAid nor that of your team.

Hi All,

I have just done an installation. I have configured the escalation rules to escalate based on category selection. 1 minute after request time. It works for one rule but not all the others.

The rules configured are for different categories.

I would suggest you contact the Sales Guys at SysAid Technologies for this. Have they sent you a quotation? Have you requested a quotation yet?

I have never encountered this issue with the agent.

Does the URL in the deployment settings point to the server name? server IP? or to your external internet IP with the port number??
Is the "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power" for the computer/server NIC enabled?

I can't think of anything else that could cause this. I will have a think and post more if I find something.

Are you talking about email to one account being auto forwarded to another?? In that case check the user profile in AD. You will find the delivery options under the Exchange General Tab.

Don't knock the C64. I started with a Atari 1200. The tape did take a while, but hey we had fun with them!!!
