Actually, I am not interested in bringing my database over. I want a fresh, clean install and database on the new server. The reason is that over the years I have done a lot of toying and changing things, and I think it would be easier to start from scratch than to fix all of the things I have done. If it matters, my current server is running v5.5 with SQL server. I would prefer however to install clean on the new server and remove entirely form the old one.

Hello. I currently have sysaid installed on a server I am about to retire. I would like to install the newer version on my other server and remove it from the old one. I cannot seem to find the installation files and help chat is offline. Can anyone help?

Hello everyone, I am currently on the SysAid trial and so far I am enjoying it. I have a few questions, and instead of opening several support requests, I figured I would just ask here:
1) I currently pull my users from LDAP. This pulls all users, even ones I don't want in there, however when I delete them, they come back the next time LDAP refreshes. How do I remove some users from SysAid (and the LDAP) update for good?
2) How do I (can I) set up tasks to reoccur? For example, I run certain reports every monday, therefor I want the task to be there every Monday.
3) I want to set up notifications so that I am informed when tasks are pending/overdue. In the notification tab is says "Please select a notification" yet there is nothing in the list. How do I get something to appear in that list?
Thank you all for your time
