I just upgrade the production server from 7.0.5 to 7.5.03 and now all the routing defined are not associate the service request to the corresponding Group.
I’m using routing to send notification and to automatically associate the service requests to the Groups and not to the Administrators.
Any idea?

If we try to use multi-language environment, we can translate the content of drop-down-lists for “Category”, “Subcategory” but how can we translate the content of “Description” auto text if we are using “Description Template” option?

All my users use IE6 on XP-SP2 workstations.
After your replay i found the solution:
To open links in a new window in Internet Explorer 6 or early,
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools - Internet Options.
3. Click Advanced and uncheck “Reuse Windows for launching shortcuts” under “Browsing”
4. Click Apply & OK.

For several hours I tried to find information about how to open internet explorer in new window if I press the hotkey.
If the user is using IE application and wants to send a request normally he presses the HOTKEY. But the Ilient application deletes the application and opens his interface in the same window.

For me the icons in the application are OK. Except for the assets!

I’m sure is working for you because the forum server is in your “yard”.
I’m not the only one with the same problem: We can upload, but no download…
