One of our admins transferred the Manager portal to my system along with manager rights. He no longer needs the manager portal and ever time he opens help desk it comes up as his homepage. Is there a way to change this so that the admin portal is set as the homepage instead without having to modify the HTML.

The issue has been remedied. We created three new OU's and when this occurred Sysaid disabled the users accounts that were in the new OU's. We were under the impression the if you refreshed LDAP it would add the OU's but it did not. When we added them in manually and then updated the LDAP the users were reactivated. Thanks so much for responding to my first post.

For the past couple of weeks end users have been dropping off of our active user list without administrator's disabling their accounts. I was wondering what could be done to resolve this issue. I have tried to re-enable them and refresh the LDAP, but the end user still appears as disabled.

This may have been covered elsewhere:
When we want to attach a request user to open tickets some of the users that are active do not show up in the drop down list of current active users. I was wondering what can be done to remedy this issue. I have gone to the end user list and checked if the users that I am trying to apply to the ticket have been inadvertently deactivated, but Sysaid states that they are active.
