Hi Haim,

We are currently using 5.6.03, I am in the default view and clicking selected SR to print. I have tried to sort by SR, Facility, and applied filters to only show the SR I want. Still no luck which each of these.

Myself and my co workers seem to now have a problem using the print selected records button. After we select the SR we want to take out with us, and click the print selected icon, all we get is a blank web page and adobe does not open. Printing individual SR still works as long as the SR is open ie not in the list view. I tried searching the forums with no luck so im guessing its something we have done wrong

We keep hearing this a lot recently.
I'm curious so if I may ask, which department is considering SysAid?

Justice department.
I think our use of the term department is a little different.

LOL, it seems this has become a mugged thread.
I love my job, I had the great privilege of recommending SysAid to our department and demoing it at a staff meeting.

Since then I have also demoed it to another department we work with, they watching our implementation and with any luck will join the SysAid family also. Then I will just have two more departments to convert.
