Since the 8.5 update the button that used to sit beside the request user field that would turn unknown users that have submitted tickets via email or the agent into users has disappeared. Does anyone know how to turn that function back on?

I'm having exactly the same issue. I was hoping that somehting would be updated that would fix it in 6.5 but just upgraded and same is still happening. Does anyone have a fix for this yet?
