Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, once the Enterprise version's eval period was over, it no longer let me open the DB manager to detach/backup/etc. I had to completely uninstall which took FOREVER. Meaning going clear through the registry, etc. to clean it out. Then I was able to install Standard and copy over the DB/Log files. It worked like a charm after that.
Thanks again!
Hi all,
We were in such a hurry to implement SysAid migration from Derby to SQL that we installed SQL 2008 Enterprise Evaluation. Now our eval has expired. We need to downgrade from Enterprise to Standard. Is that possible?
Thanks,
Jason
No, I don't think we'd have a problem with that. Is there a step-by-step procedure available?
The db folder is 1.14GB and we're running v7.0.05
SysAid's really been slowing down lately. The OS is running fine. Is there a way to compact the database or something to speed it up?
Thanks!
Ahh Gotchya..
Ok, when I hit the cog and click status, then put 2 in the static filter and hit save, it goes back to the list window with "Error in query" at the top.
Found the number for Open (2)
However, getting lost on your the second instruction.. (Go to Service\Help Desk > All > click on the blue cogwheel (customize list).)
I go to Helpdesk, but don't see an All.
Thanks
-Jason
Is there a way to set the default status when users submit a ticket in the end-user portal to Open instead of New?
Thanks!
Cannot find an enabled user when adding a request user to SR. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I can delete and recreate the user and then they are found. Don't want to have to do this everytime.
Running 7.0.04
Thanks
Yes, that worked... And, thank you! However, I also need the time on there like how it pops-up on Due Date. The Cust Date only shows the date.
Thanks,
Jason
Is there any way to add more date/time fields, besides Due Date, to the General Details of a Service Request? Specifially the kind where you can hit the calendar and pick from it.
Thanks,
Jason
I think that's probably exactly what we're going to have to do.
Thanks for your help!
I was able to add a field that has a calendar popup, but there is no time option. How do I have the calendar popup with the time also?
Thanks!
