Hey John Beaupre - kindly email us to helpdesk@sysaid.com and specify that you guys have cleared the cache/cookies etc already so we can take it from there. If you can profile the issue to specific browsers / versions / SysAid page and letting us know from what version you've upgraded to etc as well. Another possible scenario is that you have some older customized html that is not in line with the later style etc.

Hey - In case you are upgrading to version 7 and your OK / Add note / Attachment etc buttons are gray out in the SR page please try to clear your history [for FF browser] or Restore to default [with your IE8 browser]. In details: FireFox - Tools > Clear Recent History IE8 - Tools > Internet options > Advanced > Reset [at the bottom] Please update if you see something else or additional to this. Cheers, Idan

Hi LUiZiNH00,
Its possible to "jump" or skip incidents numbers. It requires to set and run a query and so depends on the database being used.
If you want to know how, please contact us with some details by either mailing to helpdesk@sysaid.com or open a SR in http://helpdesk.ilient.com using your user-name and password as for this forum. Please attach the [default location] C:\Program Files\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf\serverConf.xml file to your message as well.
