Welcome to the forum AVI,
select an old service request and there is now an icon that looks like 1 peice of paper on top of another - see the attachment below. Click on that and it will duplicate your service request.

I have several service requests that have a status of "pending bug fix", could you show all the requests for everyone in your support helpdesk database that have this status and then we could vote on which ones affect us the most. Like the feature request forum.
This would also stop you getting lots of duplicate calls to your helpdesk with people asking the same thing when it is a known bug.
Or failing that just give us a known issues list somewhere on here so that we can view them!

Techguy creeps even further in the hope that he will get made moderator & receive a sysaid mug (got the T-shirt - need a mug next).

Haim wrote:Hey Techguy,
Actually, your suggestion is a part of our original concept of the SysAid community.
We started with only one SysAid forum to get the community going.
As it will be come more active, more forums will be introduced.
But by then it would be a mammoth task to move all the past discussions in to the right groups, can't we have this now please?
Also in addition can we have a forum to share email notification templates? I am sure there are some great html designed emails out there!
