Can you please add screenshot of this issue.
Is he showing in your Queue like an open chat?
Try to release and then accept him and see if it closes.
Check in Preferences > Chat Settings what is the Idle Time.

Hello EnvisagePaul,
Changing the close time to a previous time is possible but it required you to run a query on your database and we do not recommend this option in order to do not damage the database.
If you want to know how to perform this change please send us email to helpdesk@sysaid.com.

Hey SLR, We are aware of this issue. In order to add attachment to the RFC after it is closed you can use the attachment field in the General Details tab. We saw that you opened a SR about this issue and we will take care of it. Regards, Itay

Regarding your question on the automatic text, Please go to Preferences > Chat Settings > click on the queue you want to add the text to > click on Queue Automatic texts tab > click on the New icon > add the text > click add.

1. What exactly are you looking for, what kind of integration?
In SysAid we use CSV file to import and export data to other software's. It's a global standard so you can easily integrate it with other software.

In order to resolve your issue please delete this users Preferences > User Management > End User Manager Tab and then click on refresh user list from LDAP in order to recreate them.

All the suggestion here are grate.
At the moment SysAid doesn't allow you to filter by email address.
Why don't you filter this email in your exchange server?
It will block the email from reaching your SysAid Server and open any SR.
