Hi,
Are you able to provide more detail on how to create the report? I can't get the SR Count, it just lists all the Max support levels (pages and pages).

Hi,
I agree with this request. We have about 1/2 dozen Vendors we would love to email. Also would love the ability to email internal groups. Even if we can use similar to external vendors and email the external email address as we have some support groups that don't have access to SysAid that are mix of external vendors and internal vendor managemetn during the project phase our one of our implementations which will take up to another 6 months to complete.

Have you created the Sub Type first (Preferences - Sub Types), then Add new Change template (Preferences - Change Templates)?
Just a thought as this was was recommended to me, and i noticed that no-one had responded with anything at all!

Not quite coming in correctly with the fields, but much better than before, it is just some fields out of sync which i should be able to resolve. I will try substituting the key in the CSV for location.

Hi,
I am attempting to import some assets from our old ITSM with not much luck.
We have just upgraded to V7.0.01, however I didn't have any luck importing prior as we are only just starting to configure/import.
I am importing the assets as they are standalone assets that are not on the network.
I have attached a small sample csv file and also a screen shot of how i am importing them and how they appear once imported.
Sorry if I have missed any info that is needed.
