David Porterfield, At the moment, SysAid supports POP3 and IMAP. If your Exchange server doesn't support this protocol, you can't integrate it with SysAid. Regards, Itay

XPD,
Regarding your first question about the chat, You suppose to see the Delete icon on this page. If you can't see it, probably it is a permission issue. You need to add the Chat Administrator Permission.
Regarding the operating time notification.
You can fix it by changing the Language to English United Kingdom and the Date Input Style to European.
Regards,
Itay

Jsposato,
At the moment, you can only edit the permission of the project. Meaning, the users can or can't see the project and it's assigned Tasks.
I'm moving this post to Feature Request forum so it can be considered to next versions.
Don't forget to vote.
Regards,
Itay

Hello Scotty,
Can you please tell us which SysAid Server, SysAid Agent version and what Database are you using?
You can find the Agent version in the deployment tool.
If you are not sure about your Database you are using go to Preferences > About.

Hello Thrawnknolls,
In order to remove closed projects from the list of active project, please create a status for project such as Close or Not Active. In order to do that please go to Preferences > Customize > Customize Lists Tab > choose Project Status on the drop down list > add the status that you need and save.
The next step is to add the Filter status you created to the status drop down in order to be able to exclude closed projects.
Please go to Task\Projects > Projects > click on the blue cogwheel > on the Filter Menus choose the status, click edit, In the Filter Status write the status name and in the Filter expression write (status <> '#'). Click add, close, save.
Make sure to replace # with the key number of the "closed" status.
Now you can filter the list and see only the Not Closed Projects.

hello bcharrells,
Welcome to the SysAid community.
Does the administrator receive the notification when the enduser reply by email?

Pufferdude,
In order for the chat to work properly, please check that the end user that you are trying to chat with is associated with the correct asset. Please go to Asset Management > My Network Assets > choose the asset > user field.
You can add more than one end user by adding comma to separate between them.
Please also make sure that the user is logged onto the computer with the same user account. If this still doesn't work, please submit a service request with our helpdesk.
BrisAndrew,
When you refer to specific browsers that work/don't work, do you mean that the administrator that initiates the session is running that browser or maybe the end user?
Regards,
Itay

In order to remove the categories for the users go to Preferences>Service\Help desk settings>Categories Tab and uncheck the boxes in the "Visible in End User Portal" that you don't want them to use.
You can create a new category and set the users to see it only.
Thank you,
Itay

Hello Opti,
SysAid must have the # sign in order to identify if this SR is already open in the system or not.
But I would not go to the extreme of removing the text completely because it does help the receiver he could understand from the text what action was don’t on the SR.
Have a nice day,
Itay
