In this case please try to reset all your reports to default,
In order to address this issue, can you please try the following:
1. Stop the SysAid Server service.
2. Move the reports_ACCOUNT.xml file located at ...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf to an external location (outside of the SysAidServer folder).
3. Restart the SysAid Server service and generate that report once again.
If this issue not resolve yet please send an email to helpdesk@sysaid.com

If you are receiving the the error message that you don't have permission to perform this operation while navigation to Assets Management > Assets Search in Sysaid version 8 it's because the search asset menu was remove in version 8 and the only reason that they still see it in the left menu of the Asset Management is the fact that their left menus did updated and their SysAid still holding old html files.
Please note that in the SysAid version 8 we have decided to replace the Search Asset menu we move all the search capabilities to the Asset Management > List page.
To fix this issue, you need to clear out these files by login to your SysAid and change the URL to say http://server-name:8080/CustomizeAppearance.jsp
The HTML Files Location field should point to a directory on your SysAid server. Go to that directory and delete any *Menu.html file and any LeftMenu*.html file. After clearing these files, click Reload Templates in the Appearance customization page.
Let me know if you need if you have any questions about this.

Thank you for making everything clear now.
Regarding to the number to the Tasks, as this is an automatic number, there there is now way in SysAid to change it however it shouldn't affect you project time line as it will be affected from the start and end time of the tasks itself.
Also if you go to the Project Gantt you can change the order of the tasks by clicking on the 'Customized tasks order for gantt' button.
Let me now if you need any further information about this issue and I will be happy to further assist you.

Assuming that you are referring to the Send Message that you send your End Users within the service request form, In this case you can use the CC field to include the admin name then to copy the link to that service request and put it on the body to the compose window.
Another thing that you can do is to simply assign the request to the other admin and if you have outgoing email setup with SysAid and the admin have a valid email address in his account, he should be notify that the service request is now assign to him.
Let me know if this answers your question.

Please further elaborate what it the missing feature that you are looking for as I didn't quite understood what is the issue and I will let you know if this one is available in SysAid and if not I will make a Feature Request out of it.
Looking for your response.
