Ilient - any word on this?

I was receiving the same message when attempting to load on the Bold.
After updating the software to the newest 5.0, I was able to load the Sysaid software succesfully.

I am also having the same problem on my Storm2.
It enters the password in clear text and the program doesn't seem to regonize it. I can however enter all stars and the program attempts to load. That is not my password though so of course it doesn't get me in.

Seems this application is not quite ready for the Storm2.

Is there a setting somewhere that I need to set so the replies go into the ticket?
I don't recall it always being this way. Now whenever there is a response to an email regarding a ticket, it creates a new ticket in SysAid!

We would be interested in this as well.
Just something to try - Possibly is attempting to process the emails as you are placing them in the mailbox?
Have you tried disabling the email integration in SysAid, moving the messages over, then re-enabling the integration?

Your problem sounds kind of tricky.
We used to use Internet Explorer, but after seeing how much more quickly pages within SysAid load using Chrome, we have made a change to Chrome.

We will use IE for other things, but only Chrome for SysAid.
I'm actually looking for the same thing. If I could get the full package download for the most current version or at least close to, that would be great.

I was doing some testing today and noticed that when I submit a ticket as an end user, the confirmation page states "A solution is due by 7/3/09 10:35 AM"

How do I turn this off? I've looked everywhere and cannot seem to find where it is coming from.
We don't want it to state this on the confirmation page.

UPDATE::: Dis-regard, I figured this out. I had turned off the "Calculate Due Date" but I hadn't removed the rule.
This is happening to us as well.
I've also noticed that it appears as a BIOS CHANGE in every inventory performed on the computer since the day we upgraded.


When do you anticipate this to be fixed?

We are a medical practice, and as some may know, HIPAA security is very very important. (Protecting patient information).

Locking out the USB ports is a GREAT idea, however, it seems computer mfgr's are trying to move to USB as a standard.
Currently our PC vendor has eliminated the normal mouse and keyboard ports on the PC. Everything comes USB now.
I'm sure we could, maybe for a little extra money, get our normal ports back, BUT, I can see down the road in the future everything being USB.

Thanks so much! I can't believe I missed that.
This happened to us when we first set the software up. For some reason the users listed in the "Admin Group" in SysAid were normal users and not administrators at all. Once we removed them from the Admin group, it began working great!
