I have a problem at the momento I want to deploy SysAidAgent to the computers on my network, because I see the full name of them instead the IP, so the SysAgent tool show me the following message (see attachment)

This error relates to lack of permissions.
In order to deploy the SysAid agent, you need to have domain administrator permissions.
Please make sure you are using an account with full domain permissions when trying to deploy the agent.
