How do I add in an image or printscreen withough using the URL option?

In V6 you will be able to attach files so I advise to wait a bit

I kind of understand the html side, but I want to make it easy to setup. Currently SysAid Knowledge base support adding files.
If you want to add screenshots please check if it's not in the Feature Request forum and if not you can open this feature.
