Instead of the "iframe" code you used, please use the code that can be found under preferences > end user portal.

As I'm keen to have this portal on our website, but dont want the whole login panel on the right to display.

I made some testings and it seems the data i had was not dated.

It is currently not possible to remove the login section from the end user portal.
If you want to allow users to open service requests without the need to authenticate, please use the web form feature which can be found under preferences > customize > webforms

If you would like, you can open a feature request so this option will be allowed in a future version of SysAid CSS
