How do I get rid of the names /emails Outlook suggests when I start typing in the <To> field

Hi,
I decided recently that any interesting technical issue that I encounter and spend time searching for a solution (more then 3 minutes....) I will post as a topic for those of you out there who may be searching for the same solution.
Hopefully you will do the same and it would be a better world out there

So here is the detailed solution ..... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287623

Another way is to highlight one of the suggested emails by using the down arrow - then clicking delete/back (oops...forgot which one)

I usually find this 'feature' quite useful and seemed doomed without it since I rely on my application to remember the email addresses rather than myself searching in the big list of contacts that I have.

It would seem that when a new user gets a new workstation then this is one of the complaints that we receive (the fact that they don't have the 'cache' in their Outlook anymore and need to rebuild it).

This problem only occurs AFTER you hit the problem of them forgetting their username because the end user doesn't see it cached.

...I'm sure you've all come across these issues (end users)?!
