We have found some minor encoding issues in non-english translations of SysAid which could mess up the GUI in some cases.

In order to resolve this issue, you will need to download a fixed translation file.

SysAid does not currently have a Russian translation.

For this to be a solution for our company we need a localized setup, so we have to do some translation, so could you please shove me in the right direction. I would like to know how to translate this into danish.

Download the translation file and open it with any text editing software.
Change the values that you want and save the file (make sure you save it in the UTF-8 encoding).
Go to “Preferences” > “Customize”, “Translate” tab and upload the file you have just edited.
