MAC address change

Running Sysaid 6.5.05

I have a laptop that had a new motherboard installed which changed the MAC address. I reloaded the computer and now have 2 assets for the same computer. Is there an easy way to attach the information from the old MAC so history and other information carries over?

I would suggest you export the asset details for both records to a csv. Then edit the csv to make the changes you want.

Delete the records from SysAid and then import the correct record back into SysAid.
