Well sorry they are not supporting Exchange 2010. But currently I'm on 2007 and have the issue. (see my earlier post). Anyone know how soon before 2010 support?
Following the instructions I was not able to get it to work as well. Now I believe there is a step missing that finally made it work. Click on Ok and then Finish. Go back and then try to setup an appointment. It should show up on your calendar now.

Sorry for the late response. We are using Exchange 2007 and SysAid 7.0.4. For the option to mange full access permissions, go to your Exchange server. Open up Management Console, click on Recipient Configuration and then Mailboxes. Find the boxes for your admins and either right click on them or look on the right hand side for "Manage Full Access Permissions..." then click on the SysAid account you created in the earlier steps to that mailbox and now that user and make changes to your admins accounts.
Re:Integration Exchange

Hi Techguy,

I will see if I can find my note from when I set this up. Basically I used the same "impersonate" commands that Blackberry Enterprise Server uses when setting up an account for it w/ Exchange.

Those commands were:
New-ManagementRoleAssignment -Name "BES Admin EWS" -Role ApplicationImpersonation –User "BESAdmin"
Now in the case above change "BES Admin EWS" to "SysAid" and the "BESAdmin" to the user account you are using with Sysaid for Exchange integration.

Then the next step after that is to run the command from the Exchange Command Console on the CAS server:
Set-RpcClientAccess –Server servername –EncryptionRequired $False
Note: Please replace "servername" with the actual name of your Client Access Server.

You don't need the CDO objects installed as Sysaid's implementation has that built in.

Hopefully that works for you. It took some trial and error on my part to get it to work.

Alex
