I'm trying to customise the New SR screen and add the account field as I want to link the SR to an Account. Once I save the page and look at the New SR screen I see account sent to "none". How do I get the account list to be a drop down on the page so I can tie the SR to one of my customers?

I have also posted for some help, but no bites yet, so I sent the request to the help desk and its now day 4 and one request for update and still no word.
up until now I have been pretty happy with the support I have recieved, but I have noticed a decline, and have also noticed others have been mentioning the lack of support.
