				<title>Group question</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I'm trying to set up routing to a group.  I created the group TEST put two users in such group.  Then in routing I want all request for such group to assigned to eitherthe group or the people in the group.  Am I doing something wrong?  Is this possible?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I have a similar issue, I've created another group for another department and I have put an admin there. That administrator can see all the tickets created regardless of what group they are in.  For example, Helpdesk has it's own SR inbox seperate from the Networking department. If a administrator from that "Network department" group logs in to check their SR inbox, they would see all the SR's from helpdesk. Plus there is no Assign to: group option, only able to assign to admin users.]]></description>
