Finally i am able to connect . Thanks for that.
However incidents are listed randomly with an option to arrange them by date. Also filters are not working.
Is there any solution for this

Are you using Tomcat\IIS?
Are you using SSO?

I wasn't able to recreate your issue. When I clicked on the filter it showed me the options, I clicked on the Status and it showed me the available options, I choose the open and it saved it. Then, I clicked on Assigned to and choose one of the admins and it worked fine.

Regarding the SSO, what I meant was that you can login while SSO is implemented in your environment.

We have single sign-on enabled, in an AD forest with multiple domains. Normal SSO works fine on a desktop, but not on the iphone. Therefore as far as we are concerned the Sysaid IPhone app [b]does NOT support a multi domain [/b]environment.
