The results currently show the world wide SysAider statistics for September 2010.

Some of you asked why there is a delay in the results, I would like to explain :

The statistics are gathered once a month and the analysis is done on the previous month to ensure that the month is properly closed and the activity for that month is final. (One example could be : you may still re-open a ticket a few days after it was closed and this may happen between months)

So at the end of October we have all September info and start the data cleaning and all other statistical processes that run to produce the final results.

So that is why the first/second week of November shows September stats.

We are working on optimizing the process to be able to produce quality results sooner, but the monthly activity usually is important as a full month activity and less which exact month – I know that during holiday times etc.. the months act differently – but due to amount of stats collected the averages aren’t affected much due to these seasonable changes.

When you enter IT benchmark screen you should be able to see September results - if not - click the save and update statistics button.

New updated statistics are now available (Data : April 2011)

We are starting to get some good statistics on the new measurement Asset Vs Admin ration which was added with release 8.0, once we have enough data to compile into worldwide statistics we will update out IT Benchmark

The Statistics do not appear to be updating from December 2010. You can try clicking on other measurements in the list to see if they are updated, sometimes its a browser cache issue.
If not you can click the savee and updpate statistics button and then go check sysaid log files for specific errors, or contact support for further investigation.
