				<description><![CDATA[ Mark,<br /> <br /> You can create these areas as categories. The service requests will be routed to the corresponding admin group, by the routing rules that you'll create in Preferences &gt; Help Desk Settings &gt; Routing tab.<br /> <br /> The next step would be to limit the administrators to have access only to service requests that are assigned to them or to an admin group they are member of. This is done in the Permissions tab of each administrator's properties.]]></description>
