Well now I am back to try and help with your problems and requests, as you can see I am working my way through the Analyzer/Reporting Forum and getting issues raised with the helpdesk and posting workarounds.
I can't promise how much time I can provide, but I will try and pop in a bit more regularly.

SysAid staff please keep an eye on what I post too, incase what I have posted is either out of date rubbish (because I haven't kept up with the forums lately) or just needs looking in to further.
