				<title>Admins are not able to log in.</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I have 2 administrators who can't log onto sysaid. It says that their account does not exist.  I checked under administrators and their account is enable. I have another admin besides my self who can log on fine with no issue. This all start when we upgraded to 8.5.0.4, before the upgrade they could log on fine.]]></description>

				<title>Re:Admins are not able to log in.</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I am also currently having this with just one admin.  If another admin logs on using his machine and then logs off he then can login.  But after the time-out interval he then cannot logon again.  I am about ready to remove his account and re-add it.  Not sure what else to try.<br /> <br /> Mike]]></description>
