Mixture of SSO and Manual

Hi,

I think this may be a bad question but I will give it a go!

We have a number of times where we need to offer Sysaid to a number of different people - some with SSO and others without. Is that possible?

We have added the code to the server xml file and SSO is working quite nicely and its really made our lives easier and so if possible we would like to leave it enable - but at the same time some remote users who don't login with domain accounts are having trouble getting into sysaid with sso enable.

Any ideas here? Just to link to the sign in page etc

Thanks,
Oliver (pdnpa)

Hi,

Cheers for the reply - yes we are using ISS - so I guess that might be an option - I don't really deal with the web content so I will have to find out how to get that working unless you have/know of any guides etc?

Thanks
