				<description><![CDATA[ Need an email to the assigned admin when they are assigned a SR, not when the SR changes. Seemed to be working before, but has stopped sometime since.<br /> <br /> Have set the following set:<br /> <br /> Email the responsible administrator when a Service Request changes: Checked<br /> <br /> Email notification on new Service Request: low<br /> Send email notification to the administrator the service request is assigned to: Checked<br /> <br /> Thanks.<br /> <br /> JR]]></description>
