Custom Text or List in Activity record

Hi, please, I have problem with writing any information into columns cust_list1 and other custom values in the table work_report. I'd like to get any field into Activity form to enter this information by entering new activity. Even if I try to get any custom field into this form according user guide (using form designer), all this fields are inserted out of the correct form and their value is not inserted into db.

We are using v7.0.05 Pro Edition.

Solved:

It took a lot of time because of wrong czech translation of "user defined forms" page.

Then added:

$resource.getString('SRWorkTime.cust_list1'):
$frm.printControl('cust_list1', true, true, null)
