				<title>SysAid 8.5 Knowledge Base Answers Blank</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I'm currently in quite a pickle here.  My SysAid Knowledge Base in 8.5 is showing all of the Knowledge Base answers as blank in the editor/preview section.  If I click on the "Toggle Fullscreen Mode" button the answer will then appear but not before and not after exiting Fullscreen Mode.<br /> <br /> Anyone else experiencing this?  Anyone have a solution? When you get the blank answer field, look at the bottom-right corner of it. There's a thing to allow enlarging the field. To clarify, "enlarging the field" involves clicking and dragging on the lower, right-hand side of the "Answer" box.
