526 When exporting long files to CSV files, the maximum length of the field is now adapted to the maximum field length in Excel. This can be controlled with a parameter.

886 When opening a service request from the Helpdesk tab from within an asset, the asset details are populated.
1006 Throughout SysAid, the formatting of the service request number has been standardized.
1136 You can now add additional rows to the expression builder without losing the current line.
1144 In Firefox, the search between dates in the Helpdesk list now functions properly.
1392 Before uploading a license file, there is a validation process to prevent the uploading of corrupted license files.
1404 The validation of the Start Time/End Time fields in the Activities tab has been corrected.
1429 There is a correction in the Software Product Report to include the computer name in the output to Excel.
1660 Due date rules now work properly when a service request is opened from a notification.
1908 Administrators that are limited in their company data only will not see other companies in the dropdown lists.
2252 In the phone call screen, the asset list is properly populated in all cases.
2278 There is better support for user names that contain only numbers without characters.
2297 There are GUI fixes related to Knowledgebase screens when using Firefox.
2352 Under Asset Management, the user is displayed properly in all character sets.
2611 When an administrator submits a service request, the admin doesn't receive a text message regarding the service request.
2625 The time display (HH:MM) has been removed from the date fields within Asset Management.
2709 The N/A asset has from the asset list has been removed when selecting an asset from a service request
2728 The Subcategory Filer now works properly in the Categories section of most service request reports.
2780 Under Email Integration settings, the Content Type setting now accepts both uppercase and lowercase entries.

3112 Gantt charts from the Helpdesk list are now available for all license types.
3142 In SNMP discovery, if the IP of the device is updated, then the IP of the asset updates as well.
3149 SNMP discovered asset types that are updated manually will not be overwritten by the discovery service.
3219 Chrome now properly displays the Thank You page that appears after a service request is submitted via the End-User Portal web forms.
3243 In Customized Notifications, if the Urgency field is empty, it will not display $Urgency text.

4100 In the End-User Portal, under the status dropdown list, only incident-related statuses are shown.
4143 Under Priority of the Helpdesk Settings under Preferences, the asset fields is properly populated.
4155 You can now launch the backup in Derby database when the scheduled option is disabled.
4158 Customizing End-User Portal HTML now supports additional character sets.
4159 Issues related to case insensitive log-in setting when resetting passwords have been resolved.
4161 Java script errors in IE8 have been fixed.
4195 The End-User Portal now functions properly when embedding the iFrame in an external website with no frame parameter and using Quicklists.
4262 The mobile portal contains incidents only.
4312 Errors that appeared in the log when using ITIL and Oracle have been fixed.
4361 When exporting from the Helpdesk list to CSV, the Alert field appears properly.
