SysAid Launches iPhone Application for Mobile IT Management, Enabling IT Professional to Manage Service Requests Anytime, Anywhere

New App to be followed by Versions for Blackberry and Android by the End of 2010

Tel Aviv, Israel - June 8, 2010 - SysAid Technologies Ltd., (www.sysaid.com), a leading global provider of help desk software solutions and Customer Service Support (CSS) software, launched today its new iPhone Helpdesk Application, SysAid IT Mobile. The application allows IT professionals to easily manage all helpdesk services on the go.

SysAid IT Mobile is simple and easy to use, enhancing the ability of IT managers to quickly and efficiently respond to service requests. The application allows complete control over service requests including viewing, updating, filtering, and customizing requests, all in a specially designed interface for the iPhone.
