Happy 2012 and a warm welcome to a new year of brilliant IT management experiences!

| To start that off, I am very pleased to announce that SysAid 8.5 Beta is just about ready and will be released next week. With our own offices expanding and growing with more developers, UI/UX experts, mobile specialists, QA engineers, and much more, I am confident that we are on our way to the next ultimate IT experience. I believe you'll be as thrilled as we are.
To spur anticipation, let me mention that we've been perfecting a brand new module called My Desktop, which will allow your end users to connect to their office desktops, from anywhere, even from their mobile devices, in a 100% secure environment, all within your SysAid system. Additionally, our UI enhancements will certainly translate into a more seamless, intuitive user experience. And this is just the tip of the iceberg!
While you'll have to wait until next month for the official release, you can still test-drive its new features and functionalities on January 10th if you join the SysAid Pathfinder Program, which will allow you to experience the Beta version of SysAid 8.5 before the rest.
