SysAid Release 5.5.06
> SysAid Release 5.5.06

SysAid 5.5.06 focuses on SysAid CMDB graphic view that maps the  connections between all your CIs (Configuration Item). This feature enables you  to quickly analyze your IT environment, identify possible issues or bottle necks which require your attention. In addition, you can simply navigate between the CIs for further investigation in all levels.

Bug Fixes:

It is now possible to print the CI list, when using Derby Database.

SysAid is now available with an updated French version

When managing the SysAid End User Portal, it is possible to nominate an end user as a supervisor appropriately.

For non-English languages, installing the SysAid agent now results in presenting the user information in the selected language.

Detaching a CI from the related asset when SysAid is set to automatically attach SR to the CI of its asset is now possible.

The data appears correctly when exporting a knowledgebase to the SysAid community.

End users who do not have an account in sysaid and use only the agent to connect to sysaid can now appropriately see their service request.

The SysAid knowledgebase title appears correctly

We have added a reference to the knowledgebase questions, and changed the VNC password.
