We are happy to offer the immediate availability of SysAid 6.5.08, a minor release that provides enhanced support for Macintosh as well as 30 minor bug fixes for the improved functionality of SysAid 6.5.

4874 The SysAid Mac agent now supports the attachment of screenshots to submitted serviced requests from the End-User Portal.

3368 Leading space in company name when importing from LDAP are now suppressed properly in all cases.
4596 A Java script error related to the French Translation has been fixed.
4480 The Chat Console now properly identifies users that include the domain prefix.
4485 The button change near "Request User" in the service request form now also appears when the service request is opened from a chat session.
4498 The history button when adding a new automatic text message to the chat queue has been corrected.
4507 Special characters are properly handled in a chat session.
4542 An exception in the log that sometimes occurred when creating a CI in Oracle database has been fixed.
4548 An issue related to scheduled refresh from LDAP in the On Demand edition has been fixed.
4603 The Helpdesk list now refreshes properly when working with SSO and IE browser. (Ajax is disabled.)
4604 Remote control now works properly in the specific case when the agent is deployed using the network discovery tool and the settings weren't accessed and saved.
4618 In the Chat Console, when "Effects" is checked, the window now properly receives focus.

3720 Toshiba has been added to "know trusted brands" when determining a unique ID in the Asset Management module.
