6853 Asset Management Asset Availability: You can now see uptime for each asset that has the SysAid Agent installed.
8849 Asset Management The SysAid network discovery tools can now scan for devices not assigned to a domain.
8850 Asset Management When performing network discovery and agent deployment by IP range, there is now a "Quick" option that can significantly increase the speed of the network scan or deployment.

3939 General The spell checker is no longer supported and has been removed from the upper menu bar in pages throughout SysAid.
6686 General SysAid now includes a link that allows you to download all SysAid log files. These log files can then be sent to SysAid Support in the case of any technical issue.
8313 General If you have a form open in SysAid (e.g. SR form), your connection to the SysAid Server will no longer time out.
8342 General Several improvements have been made to the SysAid On-Demand environment to improve the user experience.
2680 Help Desk Priority Matrix: SysAid can now calculate the priority of a service request based upon the urgency and the impact of the service request.
7519 Help Desk There are two new notification options in escalation rules: "Notify the service request's responsible admin" and "Notify the assigned admin group".
8348 Help Desk The service request form now includes an option to add a checkbox that allows you to save the service request without sending automatic notifications to the request user.
