Welcome to SysAid Community ("SysAid"). SysAid community is a place where you can meet and discuss with other SysAiders and with the SysAid team.
The SysAid community is the place to consult, suggest, and request features and share ideas and experiences. The community is intended to serve SysAiders not just in working with SysAid, but also for general IT issues you can discuss with other IT professionals worldwide.
In order to maintain a productive and professional discussion environment, where every SysAider will feel welcome, The SysAid community experience is best when the key guidelines are kept and remembered while using the SysAid community:

  • You may not harass abuse or threaten other members or individuals.
  • You may not post content that is obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or in violation of any applicable (federal or state) law.
  • You may not use SysAid community for commercial or advertising purposes.
  • You may not post any content which you do not hold the full rights to use and distribute unless you have the content's owner permission.
  • The SysAid community is a place to share information and tips. however, we do not hold any responsibility for any information posted by other SysAid users.
  • SysAid moderators are allowed to delete any messages which are not compatible with the guidelines specified herein or to delete and revoke any message which would seem unfitted to the SysAid community.
  • The SysAid moderators are allowed to block your usage of the SysAid community in any event your behavior may seem unfitted or infringing.

If you wish to become a registered member of SysAid (a "Member" or a "SysAider") and communicate with other Members and make use of the SysAid services provided by the Website (the "Services"), read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance of them by following the instructions on the Sign Up page. By using the SysAid Community website and/or any of its sub domains (the "Website") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Agreement"). Using the services provided by the Website (the "Services"), indicates your acceptance of them, and your acceptance of the provisions set forth in this Agreement. In addition by using the Website or the Services, you agree to comply with the provisions set forth in this agreement and all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection to the Website and to the Services.

This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms pursuant to which SysAid allows you to use the Website and the Services, which may be modified by SysAid from time to time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective upon posting by SysAid on the Website. This Agreement also includes SysAid's acceptable use policy for content posted on the Website, SysAid's Privacy Policy and other general terms regarding use of the Website and the Services.

  1. Eligibility: THE WEBSITE IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR ACCESS AND USE BY INDIVIDUALS 13 (thirteen) YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. BY ACCESSING AND USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ARE CERTIFYING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 13 (thirteen) YEARS OLD. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you are merely surfing or browsing through the website and have not yet registered to become a member, your use of the Website is still subject to the terms of this Agreement; if you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Website.
  2. Term: This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website and/or are a Member of SysAid. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason upon receipt by SysAid of your written or email notice of termination. SysAid may terminate your membership for any reason or, in the future, charge for usage. If SysAid terminates your membership, it will be effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to SysAid. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect including sections 4-7 and 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, inclusive, of this Agreement.
  3. Non-Commercial Use: The SysAid Website is for the personal use of individuals using the Website, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors by users. This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to SysAid or otherwise. Organizations, companies and/or businesses may not become Members of SysAid and should not use the SysAid Services or Website for any purpose other than as provided in this Agreement. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Website, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress.
  4. Intellectual Property (Trademarks & Copyrights): The SysAid name, the SysAid logo and the SysAid design are trademarks or trade dress of SysAid, and may not be used without express written permission from SysAid, other than for attribution. All other trademarks not owned by SysAid that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to or sponsored by SysAid. SysAid originated content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, data compilations, software and the compilation of all content on the Website, is the property of SysAid and its licensors and protected by United States and international copyright laws. Except as set out in this Agreement, no reproduction of any SysAid originated content is permitted without written permission from SysAid. User-posted content may be copyrighted, and any use or reproduction of user-posted content must comply with the Agreement.
  5. The Website and Services and any software used in connection with the Website and the Services ("Software") may contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Content contained in third-party advertisements or information presented to you through the Services or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights and laws. SysAid will solely and exclusively own all intellectual property and other rights, title and interest in and to the Website, the Services and the Software, and SysAid will have the sole and exclusive right to obtain trademark and copyright registrations, patents and other protection thereof and for any continuations and derivative works thereof. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Website and/or the Services. You will not by use of the Services or accessing the Website acquire any right, title or interest in any rights of SysAid, under this Agreement or otherwise.
  6. Feeds and API: SysAid provides access to portions of its Website and Services via RSS feeds and an API; for the purposes of this Agreement, such access constitutes use of the Website and Services. SysAid asks that you use these features respectfully. You may not use these or any other features or the Website itself to allow the display of a substantial portion of the SysAid database or reproduce, duplicate or copy the SysAid Website. SysAid reserves the rights to change these features at any time and to disable access to the feeds and the API at any time for any reason.
  7. Content published in the Website: You understand and agree that SysAid cannot and will not be held liable for any harm that you might suffer as a result of your actions after visiting the site. SysAid provides the content of the site, including all information "As Is" without any representation or warranty, express, implied, or statutory, about the accuracy of this content, or the utility of the content. SysAid may examine and erase from time to time any content, massage, article, opinion, draft picture, profile, explanation, diagram, draw (jointly: "Content") that was published or exposed at the Website, under its sole discretion.
  8. Copyright Policy: You may not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our Copyright Agent using the following contact details: [email protected]
  9. Member Disputes: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other SysAiders. SysAid reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other SysAiders.
  10. No "Spamming": You must not use any feature of the SysAid Services for chain letters, junk mail or "Spamming" nor make any use of the SysAid distribution lists in a manner involving any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process. An E-mail advertisement which is (a) addressed to a recipient with whom you do not have an existing business or personal relationship and (b) is not sent at the request of or with the express consent of the recipient to receive such communications from you ("Spam" or "Spamming") is strictly prohibited by SysAid. If you use any feature of the SysAid Services for the purpose of sending Spam, SysAid reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to the SysAid Website and Services and to seek appropriate legal recourse as necessary.   11. Privacy: It is SysAid policy to respect the privacy of its users. Use of the SysAid Website and/or the SysAid Services is governed by our Privacy Policy
  12. Security: While using the Services or the Website you may be asked for your E-mail address, although SysAid takes all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your E-mail address, some information may leak due to hackers and alike. As a result, SysAid cannot be responsible for any harm that you believe is caused to you, your family, or your business due to unauthorized leaks of information or equipment failures that are beyond SysAid's control, or to your inability to access our site. By delivering SysAid with your E-mail address or connecting with SysAid via E-mail, you are advised that information you send us using these methods may not be secure. Notwithstanding anything herein you expressly agree by using SysAid Services that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are also solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You may change your password, or any other account information, at any time by following instructions available in your profile. You may also set up a new account at your convenience. You agree to notify SysAid immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you. You must promptly inform SysAid of actual or apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or authorized disclosure or use of a user account or password. Until SysAid is notified by email of a breach in security, you will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the SysAid Services through your account. In consideration for using the SysAid Services, you agree to: (1) provide certain current, complete and accurate information about you when prompted to do so by the Services, and (2) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. If any information provided by you during your original registration or in your profile is inaccurate, SysAid reserves the right to terminate your account immediately and your right to use the SysAid Services.
  13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability: SYSAID COMMUNITY DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESIONAL ADVICE and information contained on the Website is not a substitute for a professional technical advice. SysAid recommends that you discuss your specific, concerns with your technical professional. The materials and discussions presented in the Website describe are for informational purposes only. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, to the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to waive and discharge all claims, release SysAid from all liability and indemnify and hold harmless SysAid, its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent company, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from, injuries and damages in any way connected with any events or activities. You agree and understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon you and your heirs, executors, agents, administrators and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying Members at the events.
  14. Transactions with Organizations or Individuals: SysAid shall not be liable for your interactions with any organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Website or the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, payment and delivery of goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings. These dealings are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. SysAid is under no obligation to become involved in disputes between Members on the Website, or between you and any third party.
  15. Links to Third-Party Sites: Any websites that are accessible via links included on the Website that take you out of the Website are not under SysAid control and SysAid shall not be responsible for the content, products or services of any linked website. All such websites shall be subject to the policies and procedures of the owner of such websites. We encourage you to read those policies and know your rights under any website you visit.
  16. Violation of Terms by Other Users: SysAid asks that you participate in ensuring that all Members follow the SysAid Terms of Use by reporting any postings or messages that violate these terms. To report a violation of the Terms of Use, please email us at [email protected]

Disputes: If there is any dispute about or involving the Website and/or the Service, by using the Website, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Israel.
  18. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold SysAid, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Website and/or the Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
  19. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability. SYSAID THE INFORMATION AND CONTENT PRESENTED ON THE WEBSITE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPUSSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERD TO BE A PROFESIONAL ADVISE. SYSAID PROVIDES THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. SYSAID COMMUNITY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, INFORMATION ACCURACY, INTEGRATION, INTEROPERABILITY OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. You understand and agree that you use the Website and Services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages that arise from such use. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SYSAID BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING BY NEGLIGENCE), INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RELATED TO USE, MISUSE, RELIANCE ON, INABILITY TO USE AND INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, DAMAGES INCURRED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED ON THE SITE AND THE NONPERFORMANCE THEREOF AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, SALES, DATA, GOODWILL OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT SYSAID HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY. YOUR ONLY RIGHT WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS WEBSITE OR SERVICE OR WITH SYSAID SHALL BE TO TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND SERVICE. Some states do not allow the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
  20. Modifications to the Service and Terms of Use: SysAid reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services with or without notice to you. SysAid shall not be liable to you if SysAid modifies or discontinues its Services. SysAid may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of any material or substantial change in the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SysAid may notify you via E-mail, and/or by posting an announcement of the changes together with a link to the new Agreement on the Website. By using the Website and/or the Services after any change in this Agreement you acknowledge and accept changes to this Agreement.
  21. Other SysAid and you are independent entities, and nothing in this Agreement, or via use of the Website or Service, will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between SysAid and you. This Agreement supersedes any previous agreement and represents the entire agreement between SysAid and you.
  22. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel without reference to conflict of laws principles. If any provision of this Agreement is adjudged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force of the remainder of this Agreement will not be prejudiced, and the illegal or unenforceable provision of this Agreement shall be severed accordingly.
