We found some issues with the agent release with SysAid 9.1 and fixed them on the attached version. It is still in QA, but you are suffering from the below issues (which are fixed in this version) you can help us test the fix.

The bugs fixed in this version are:

Bug#13523 Additional header sent to the server may cause high resource utilization on the server side
Bug#13189 Agent downloading upgrades from servers incorrectly (even when latest version is installed).
Bug#13583 Agent failed to get Last boot Time (inventory fails)
Bug#13615 Memory Leak in Real-time monitoring.
Bug#13611/#13625 Upgrade roll back Failure
Bug#13586 Agent doesn't encode the HTML parameters on GET method.
Bug#13643 Agent will not get messages from server when RDS is down.

Let us know if you have any comments.
Thanks,
Joseph.

Is there a way we can insert this file into the deploy tools and use the MASS deployment with the sysaid tools?

Hear any bad news with this agent?

I've installed it on my Windows 8 Pc and some employees have pushed it out to their Windows 7 as well. So far so good.

Looking forward to being able to download a new Deployment tool with this build!

Just FYI - found a typo in the installer.

'different' is spelled wrong.

Oh, and another thing - the new deploy tool as an install bug.

It asks if I can to install a new instance or upgrade the existing version. I choose upgrade.
But it still wanted to install to a new path of:
c:\program files (x86)\sysaidtools_2

Instead of the actual path:
c:\program files (x86)\sysaidtools

Hey Josh, the path has changed due to current tools our clients have,

I believe you can change it manually if needed, let me know how it went.

Thanks,

Shira.

Yes, I did just change the path manually and it installed without a problem.

What properties need to be modified and what values when I use ORCA to modify the MSI file?

I used my previous settings but this MSI package still does not put a shortcut on the desktop.
