I like my job, it was what I wanted to do ever since touching my first computer when I was a kid. With products like SysAid it makes me like my job even more enjoyable. I have been in a few IT jobs I did not like, I gave them a year, and moved on to the next job. Now I'm working in a corporate culture and loving it. As long as I can justify it I can do just about anything I want.

My most favorite things to work on at work are: Visualization, Router/Switch Network, SysAid, and Solarwinds NTA.

The list is endless on the other products and processes we work with on a daily basis, and SysAid seems to work into all of them in one platform. In fact I see myself consolidating many of our processes into Sysaid such as monitoring, remote access, and so on.

Look forward to future updates, keep them coming

I too love my job! I am now the Global Sr Admin and responsible for everything in the building with a power button! I have been here for two years and let me tell you, it was a mess!! If you aren't organized, managing multiple sites and countries can be a disaster! A few months ago I implemented SysAid. The users are using it too! I get less overhead pages, two-way alerts and phone calls now! It has been a blessing! Now I am working on asset management! WOOOHOOO!!

Where's my mug??

Hi, guys! Finally found job discussion ^^
I need an advice about my future career and a few words from those who have been working in the IT industry. Hope that it is the right place to ask .The university period is about to come to the end and I need to find a job. Wanna find a job in PHP. The problem is that I’m from Belarus but hope to go abroad in a few years. Need your advice about this company http://belitsoft.com/ and is it worth working there . I wonder!

I used SysAid at my last job and I had to wait for a year and a half before my current employer would buy. I would love to show my support with a T-shirt!

A Mug? A T-Shirt?

Being a new sign up to SysAid, what's the chances of me getting one of those lovely 'Freebies' then?

I don't have my own mug to use in my job at the moment as i'm new, and really thirsty.

They never give me a drink, stating its because I don't have a mug and new to the organisation.

I'm also very poor and need to make some money, (so I can buy a mug) hopefully through things like, um, er, Product Placement!!

Ah go on, Please??

Yes. There are good days and not so good days. It can be very challenging building a company's IT up from just about nothing. I took the company from a router and desktop with NetShares to patch panels, VMs, VoIP, and built a fresh server. As a one man IT department, you can get stretched thin at times. However, it looks great on a resume to be able to say I built-up and maintained all IT for a multi-million dollar company.
